I read several reviews on this Ram for an upgrade for my New IMac. I was a little hesitant at first to get it but I did not want to spend another 0 on ram for my Mac on the Apple website. Don't get me wrong I really enjoy having my Mac products but sometimes the prices are a bit extreme. I received this ram and put it in my computer. It works very well and the price is AMAZING!! My Mac read it as 4 GBs as stated in the name. I had no issues with the ram as some people have. It worked well the first time and has been working very well since the install.

Works as expected, but going into a Windows Vista 32bit laptop the system only uses 3.1GB of the 4GB so it was overkill. Might become more handy when I get another laptop and mix it with the old RAM to have 3GB in two laptops.

bought to help my sluggish iMac 24" , which I bought in 2008. It seemed to make it run faster and it was easy to install.

I upgraded my 24" iMac (late 2008 model). It was much cheaper than buying RAM directly from Apple, and once it was installed, my iMac was very fast! I can now easily work on multiple 1GB photoshop files without any decrease in speed.

* Very fast.
* Easy to install(iMacs are just easy to install RAM in).

The only problem I had was how long it took to ship! It was several days past the estimated delivery time. But That's a problem with the USPS.
